Gerd Couckhuyt took his inspiration from your typical fifties luxury restaurant chair for this armchair’s clamshell design and curved wooden legs. The chair, originally developed for the eponymous hotel, typically combines a leather back with velvet or other fabrics on the inside. It is also available in either full leather or fabric finishes. The oak feet are available in Durlet’s various staining colors.
